Abstract

In this paper, we introduced a Henstock-type integral named N-integral of a real valued function f on a closed and bounded interval [a,b]. The set N-integrable functions lie entirely between Riemann integrable functions and Henstock-Kurzweil integrable functions. Furthermore, this new integral integrates all improper Riemann integrable functions even if they are not Lebesgue integrable. It was shown that for a Henstock-Kurzweil integrable function f on [a,b], the following are equivalent:The function f is N-integrable;There exists a null set S for which given epsilon 0 there exists a gauge delta such that for any delta-fine partial division D={(xi,[u,v])} of [a,b] we have [(phi_S(D) Gamma_epsilon) sum |f(v)-f(u)||v-u|epsilon] where phi_S(D)={(xi,[u,v])in D:xi not in S} and [Gamma_epsilon={(xi,[u,v]): |f(v)-f(u)|= epsilon}] andThe function f is continuous almost everywhere. A characterization of continuous almost everywhere functions was also given.

Abstract

Let R and S be commutative rings with identity. A proper (R,S)submodule P of M is called a left weakly jointly prime if for each element a and b in R and (R,S)-submodule K of M with abKS ⊆ P implies either aKS ⊆ P or bKS ⊆ P. In this paper, we present some properties of left weakly jointly prime (R,S)-submodule. We show some necessary and sufficient condition of left weakly jointly prime (R,S)-submodule. Moreover, we present that every left weakly jointly prime (R,S)-submodule contains a minimal left weakly jointly prime (R,S)submodule. At the end of this paper, we also show that in left multiplication (R,S)-module, every left weakly jointly prime (R,S)-submodule is equal to jointly prime (R,S)-submodules.

Abstract

Traffic management of intersections is an important factor that can determine traffic density at the intersection, as well as its surrounding. Long traffic queues we encounter in daily life, were often caused by ineffectiveness of traffic lights management of the cross sections. In this article, an analytic study of traffic light management of a four-leg intersection, based on the kinematic LWR model, was presented. Comparison was based on observing the end of queues over three cycles of red-green lights, under the assumption of a constant traffic flux. On every leg of the intersection, the end of the queues were obtained from characteristic lines of the shock waves. From these observations, the three phase regulation was preferred over the four-phase one. Finally, a case study of Taman Sari - Baltos intersection located in Bandung City, Indonesia, was discussed. Parameter values used in these simulations were obtained from direct observation.

Abstract

In this paper, by using natural density of subsets of N, the statistical limit and cluster points of the arithmetical functions (ap (n)), γ (n),τ(n), Δ γ (n) and Δ τ (n) are studied. In addition to this, we also investigate statistical limit and cluster points of (Δ r γ (n) and (Δ r τ (n)) for each r ın N.

Abstract

Our question is what ring R which all modules over R are determined, up to isomorphism, by their endomorphism rings? Examples of this ring are division ring and simple Artinian ring. Any semi simple ring does not satisfy this property. We construct a semi simple ring R but R is not a simple Artinian ring which all modules over R are determined, up to isomorphism, by their endomorphism rings.

Abstract

Let c be a k-coloring of a connected graph G and let pi={C1,C2,...,Ck} be the partition of V(G) induced by c. For every vertex v of G, let c_pi(v) be the coordinate of v relative to pi, that is c_pi(v)=(d(v,C1 ),d(v,C2 ),...,d(v,Ck )), where d(v,Ci )=min{d(v,x)|x in Ci }. If every two vertices of G have different coordinates relative to pi, then c is said to be a locating k-coloring of G. The locating-chromatic number of G, denoted by chi_L (G), is the least k such that there exists a locating k-coloring of G. In this paper, we determine the locating-chromatic numbers of some subdivisions of the friendship graph Fr_t, that is the graph obtained by joining t copies of 3-cycle with a common vertex, and we give lower bounds to the locating-chromatic numbers of few other subdivisions of Fr_t.

Abstract

In this paper, we introduce an alternative approach as model for cluster analysis. The data were analyzed by rule-k-means algorithm. It's combine between k-means algorithm and rules. As an application, we use the simulate of item delivery data to classify items based on destination addresses. The goal is to map the item based on type of delivery vehicle. The clustering can be used as a recommendation to the item delivery service company.

Abstract

We consider the hyperbolic Ricci-Bourguignon flow(HRBF) equation on Riemannian surfaces and we find a sufficient and necessary condition to this flow has global classical solution. Also, we show that the scalar curvature of the solution metric gij convergence to the flat curvature.

Abstract

In the present paper, we introduce the coupled xed point theorem in C*-algebra valued metric spaces. We get a C*-algebra valued metric space which get values in noncomutative operators. We demonstrate existance and uniqeness of coupled fixed point in a such space. Besides, we support our results by giving numerical examples.
